Two positions available: 1x Locum full time position to provide leave backfill from 2 February 2026 to 9 August 2026 – Inner South Sector Team. 1x Fractional Psychiatrist position to work 24 hours per week – Bentleigh CTT. Qualifications and Skills Required Legally qualified practitioners, registered or registrable with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Fellow of the RANZCP. Demonstrable relevant knowledge and experience in Psychiatry. Meeting Alfred Health requirements for credentialing and scope of practice in Psychiatry. Outstanding communication skills, including well‑developed conflict resolution skills. Ability to liaise well with other staff at all levels. Demonstrated flexibility in problem solving and the capability to develop and sustain highly collaborative relationships with others/other teams.
