About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO and drive the strategic and operational management of our fast-paced business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping vital operating rhythms, including managing Board meetings, earnings reports, executive offsite planning, and facilitating strategic initiatives. Candidates should possess 6-8 years of experience in the tech industry, particularly within software or SaaS environments, and have a strong background in working with C-suite leaders in high-growth settings.
The Chief of Staff will oversee agenda preparation for executive meetings, ensuring the CEO's readiness for all engagements, and serve as an essential connection between the CEO and the broader executive and senior leadership teams. This role requires keen strategic thinking, operational insight, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment are crucial.
