Wiring Technician

Location: Hanover, Maryland

Shift: 2-2-3 schedule (2 days working, 2 days off, 2 days working, 2 days off, 3 days working, etc.)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Wiring Technician to join our assembly team! This role involves electrical wiring and assembly of control panels, switchboards, and power distribution units for industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire control panels, switchboards, and power distribution units according to specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation .
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with electrical standards and company requirements.
• Troubleshoot wiring issues and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in electrical wiring or panel assembly.
• Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Knowledge of electrical components, wiring techniques, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkridge, MD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
