Key Responsibilities Schedule Management: Maintain and manage a dynamic, ever-changing calendar across personal, professional, and travel commitments. Travel Coordination: Arrange private and commercial travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for both domestic and international trips. Day-to-Day Personal Support: Run errands, organize appointments, light cooking, attend meetings, house tidying, and clothes washing as needed. Communication: Act as a gatekeeper by managing calls, emails, texts, and in-person requests; liaise with agents, publicists, managers, family members, and vendors. Event Planning: Assist with planning personal events, dinners, and appearances, ensuring discretion and excellence at every touchpoint. Confidentiality & Discretion: Uphold a high level of privacy and professionalism at all times; handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality. Personal Tasks: Coordinate personal shopping, wardrobe needs, gifting, home organization, and general lifestyle management. On-Set/On-Tour Support: Travel with the principal as needed for work engagements, set days, or extended tours. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience supporting high-profile individuals, celebrities, or C-suite executives. Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple priorities in real time. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient with calendar management tools (Google Calendar, iCal), travel platforms, and mobile organization apps. Strong sense of judgment, integrity, and discretion. Flexible schedule and 24/7 availability when needed. Must be able to travel on occasion. Valid driver’s license and passport required.
