Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Electrician for our 1st shift, responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, reactive troubleshooting, and repairs on 170 various machines, including but not limited to molders, sanders, edgers, and sorting machines. The role requires a focus on electrical troubleshooting and repairs, with the ability to perform mechanical troubleshooting as well.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and reactive troubleshooting on various machines.
• Conduct repairs on machines including molders, sanders, edgers, sorting machines, saws, glue machines, panel machines, compressors, and more.
• Focus on electrical troubleshooting and repairs up to 480v 3-phase.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Follow ladder logic and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Use own tools for maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and follow LOTO protocols.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician.
• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience in both mechanical and electrical fields.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and symbols.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring and various drives.
• Safety-oriented mindset with adherence to LOTO procedures.
• Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic interpretation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PLC programming or editing skills are beneficial.
• Possession of personal tools including a meter, socket set, and screw gun.

This is a Permanent position based out of MIDDLEBURY, IN.

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $81120.00/yr.

- 90 day, 6 month, annual reviews - Medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental, 401k - PTO accrual (example-1 year on January 1st would equal 5 vacation days) - Family oriented company, laid back culture - Uniforms provided after 90 days

This is a fully onsite position in MIDDLEBURY,IN.

This position is anticipated to close on Dec 12, 2025.
