ROLE DESCRIPTION: In this job, you will be joining an exceptional Team of professionals! Your attention to detail, customer service skills, desire to help people, and positive energy make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Being a hybrid remote position, previous experience in the insurance industry will be necessary. This will mean being able to provide relevant information on what your production has been in previous remote positions in the insurance industry. Previous experience working with Insurance systems and a CA property & casualty insurance license is required to be hired for this job. You will also need to obtain a life/health license within 30 days t your own expense and must reside in CA. Having a CA life/health license in place already would be a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Prior insurance experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
