Job Description: As an experienced roofer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of roofing systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Install various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, and other materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
2. Identify and repair leaks, damaged shingles, and other roofing issues efficiently and effectively.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning gutters, replacing worn-out components, and inspecting roofs for potential issues.
4. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
5. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
6. Interact with customers professionally and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their roofing needs.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or residential roofing.
2. Comprehensive understanding of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods. Basic knowledge of rise, run, slope, span, and pitch.
3. Proficient in using roofing tools and equipment such as nail guns, shingle cutters, and safety harnesses.
4. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights. Must be able to carry a 40 FT ladder; and may be required to lift up to 80 lbs.
5. Valid driver's license (preferred) and any relevant certifications/licenses.
6. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
7. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
