Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Answer and direct incoming calls with clarity and efficiency
• Respond to and manage email inquiries in both English and Portuguese
• Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and packages
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (verbal and written)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
